DON’T LOVE YOUR ITEM?
We hope you love everything you select from our store, but if something isn’t quite right please follow the directions below to process a return. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of receiving your order. The return must be postmarked within the 14 day period. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
- Start your return process by visiting our RETURNS PORTAL.
- Customers that purchase the free returns and package protection through re:do at checkout will receive free return shipping labels. Customers that do not purchase free returns and package protection will be liable for return shipping costs and loss, damage, or theft during shipping.
- Once we receive your return in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, we will issue a credit for the purchase amount. Shipping cost will not be credited.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed once it is delivered.
RETURN POLICY
Evelyn Lane gladly accepts the return of products that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS.
All items in the sale collection are FINAL SALE. Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and sale items are FINAL SALE. All accessories are FINAL SALE.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please visit our RETURNS PORTAL to submit a return request.
Once approved, please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in your original order and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, the best way to ensure you get the size wanted is by returning the item that you have and then placing a new order for the size that you want.
DAMAGES
Any damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@evelynlaneboutique.com with any photos and we will resolve the issue.

ORDER PICK-UP
We're excited to now offer pickup for our Baton Rouge, LA customers! Please allow 2 business days processing time for pickup orders. Customers have 7 business days from fulfillment date to pick up their order. Orders that are not picked up within the 7 day time frame will automatically be returned into our system, and an online store credit will be issued for the amount of the order.
